Founded in 2025, hour one™ is our way of creating comfort, familiarity, and a sense of home after a long shift. Our pieces are designed to help you switch off, relax and recharge... supporting the transition from the intensity of work to the importance of rest and personal time.

Meet the Team

Ty | Co-founder

I've worked in law enforcement for six years, and I co-founded hour one™ because I know the work doesn't end when the shift does. It follows you home, and nobody teaches you how to shut it off. I've seen first hand how it takes a toll on all of us.

hour one is built to remind you that the first hour off is yours. We all deserve that break, which is why this company exists for the hour after the shift ends and your time begins.

Braden | Co-founder

I've been in law enforcement for six years now, on the frontline and in a specialty unit. What you learn fast is that the job doesn't stop when the shift does. It comes home with you. And the hardest part isn't always the calls; it's figuring out where the work ends and the rest of your life starts. That's why I helped start hour one™. I wanted something physical for that transition. Something you put on that tells your body the day is over. Rest, recovery, the feeling of actually being home.

Quinn | Co-founder

While I don’t work in a trauma-exposed profession, hour one™ was never about claiming understanding. It’s about acknowledging the unseen physical and emotional weight these careers carry. I helped found hour one to create comfort, familiarity, and a sense of home through thoughtfully designed premium pieces. My goal is to offer the adult version of a favorite childhood blanket, something that makes you feel safe, grounded, and at ease.
