Return & Exchange Policy
At hour one™, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original condition (including tags, if applicable)
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items showing signs of wear, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or strong scents will not be accepted.
